I've got semi-gossip that's on fire . . . or should I say FDNY
The title of this post is the same email subject I got from a member of Men of Porn mailing list. He dishes out information about Michael Biserta's real age and other lies. With his permission, I am posting the email he sent me. So, how true is this? You be the judge.
"Okay, so I'm having pillow talk with someone in the organization (I won't say what position - I meant in the organization, not the bed silly) and he tells me that Michael Biserta isn't 23 years old. The Fire Department lied to all the Newspapers. He's really 21.
Now you have to be 18 (technically) to be in a Guys Gone Wild video. So in 2004, Mike was 18, now that's it's 2007 he's really only 21.
It's really difficult to get into the FDNY at the age of 18. However, the FDNY doesn't want people to know how desperate they are for firefighters, so they lied about his age, and pretended that he was hired at 21 instead of 18.
The head honcho is also so upset. Mike had to been hired the same year he made that DVD. Again, in 2004, before you do the calendar, you have to be background checked! He lied, and said he's never done anything nude or pornographic! Another reason they're upset, he lied.
Also, they are doing the calendar for 2009 as we speak. They're starting the background checks early, so they can be more extensive, and depending on the backlash, they're going to put out a 2009 calendar."

I haven't seen any article which claims he's 23 years old. All of them claim he's 22 years old, the same age listed on his MySpace page.
The FDNY claims he started working for them in April 2006, which means he would have been 20 or 21, depending where his birthday falls. So, in 2004, he would have been 18 or 19.
I'm certain one could either get an employment record for him, which would show his age and when he started working for the department or contact Mantra Entertainment and see if they'll verify his age via their 2257 forms.
One could try to contact Mike Biserta, but I doubt he'd respond or comment.
There are tons of rumours flying around. Since I posted the article I've gotten e-mails saying everything from the video wasn't real to a list of companies he's supposedly signing a contract with (Vivid & BangBros seem to be the top runners). Whenever anything is in the news, the rumour mill goes into overtime. All we can do now, is wait to see which truth that is put forward is the real truth.
